We take great care in preparing and packaging every order to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully presented.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days. During busy periods, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

UK Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom.

  • £4.50 Royal Mail Tracked 48 hours 

  • £6.00 Royal Mail Tracked 24 hours

Delivery Information

Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Beora London cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

While we work closely with our delivery partners to ensure orders arrive on time, occasional delays can occur.

If you believe your parcel has been lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@beoralondon.co.uk and we will do our best to assist.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the damage
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

We will review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
